How it Works

1. Confirm Open Auditions

Did you see an open audition on the calendar? It will have a few details to confirm if the show is a right fit for your student. Most importantly, the student must commit to the posted showtimes. If so, you’ll visit the Student Registration page to get started.

2. Student Registration

Parents complete the form online to select the audition time slot, student info, and more. The registration also processes the required tuition down payment (paid by card, cash, or check). The down payment is non-refundable.

3. The Audition

Manage your audition booking via the email confirmation if you need to reschedule or cancel. Students arrive 10-15 minutes early to keep auditions on time. Our directors will assign roles based on their artistic vision, ensuring every participant is integral to the performance.

4. Weekly Rehearsals

Students are placed in a cast that rehearses on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday evenings, depending on the production and total number of casts. Once-a-week rehearsals run for about three months.

5. Dress Rehearsal

The day prior or the day of the live performance, students have a mandatory dress rehearsal at the venue. This is full makeup and costume rehearsal with lighting to run through the production. Tuition must be paid in full before attending.

6. Live Performance

Tickets for the live performance go on sale approximately one month prior. The seats are assigned as they are purchased—and they sell fast!
